The popup template uses Widget:Popup to provide for a method of a popup link to another website or a popup link to another page on MTW.
Use
Warning
If your url is complex, eg. https://www.example.com/index.php?article=ThisPage&login=false+easy, use the variable 1 and 2 in the template. {{popup|1=https://www.example.com/index.php?article=ThisPage&login=false+easy|2=Click Here}}
Full URL
Use a full url with http or https for external links or internal links.

Use a MTW Pagename
