Create and Edit Subcategories

Create New Subcategory

1. Open a new tab in your browser
2. Open an existing page that will be in a similar category to the new page
3. Replace the page name in the new tab with the new page name and press enter
4. Click “create this page”
5. Copy the category tag from the initial page and paste it into new page
   • “Edit” initial page and scroll to the bottom to find the category tag to copy
6. Save page
7. Copy and Paste the new page link to the appropriate places in the google spreadsheet if needed

Edit Subcategories

One at a Time

1. Open the page that you want to subcategorized
2. Copy the category tag to where you want to move the pages
3. Replace the category with the new category

Bulk Edit

1. Go to special pages
2. Under "Data and Tools" click "Replace Text"
3. On the "Original Text" paste the old category tag of the wiki pages that you want to move
4. On the "Replacement Text" paste the new category tag of the wiki page
5. Check "ALL" and click "Continue"
6. Click Replace
