The contact information of people is potentially VERY valuable! (worth their weight in gold!) So, we don't want to lose, or misplace, one single contact!

  1. Login to one of Bruce's computers with Anydesk
    • Or, lopen Bruce's Gmail
  2. Create a Label to put the emails we are going to process
    • Try to give this Label a color that is different then the other Labels
  3. Find the emails in Bruce's Inbox
  4. Label the email with the new, correct label
    • Click the box to the left of the email subject
    • Drag the label to the email subject
    • The label should appear over the email subject
  5. Confirm 100% the email is in the correct Label
  6. Then "Archive" the email
    • Which is the same thing as removing the "Inbox: Label from the email
      • To be 110% sure that we don't lose the email, double check one last time the email is actually in the NEW label
