Overview

Meters are an essential tool in a musicians toolbox. They can be used to tell you a wide variety of information about the sounds you are hearing (levels, dynamics, frequency, etc). When we are mixing in the studio, in-the-box, or in a live scenario, monitoring level with accuracy that fits our specific needs is vital. We need an advanced metering tool, like Decibel, to help us accomplish that accuracy.

Decibel by Process.Audio is a "super meter" that is fully customizable. And just like Mixup, Decibel is included for FREE your PureMix Pro subscription. It's a great time to be an MTEC student.

Check out this collection of additional metering plugins here: Loudness Meter Plugins
