These are some of the works that the new virtual assistant can cover:

1. Help edit and organize contents in the Wiki Pages for each module
2. Help edit contents in the Canvas Page ( ex. Pushing HTML code from the wiki, creating question banks, etc.)
3. Help update assignment schedule worksheets (example: updating wiki history, updating canvas or wiki pages)
4. Help grade students in the Canvas
5. Create documentation on Standard Operating Procedure and System Workflow. Can be done via Process Street
6. Harvest links of content/materials in the wiki to use for modules
7. Ensure that contents in the Canvas undergo quality control all the time
8. Update enrollment status via Active Roster in My Portal
9. Can do basic graphic design via Canva or Photoshop
