ProTools:PT101 Import Media Project

Overview

This OPTIONAL assignment gives you the opportunity to earn up to 100 Extra Credit Points. We want you to used the techniques you have learned so far in this Pro Tools course and APPLY them to a creative practice project. This is a great way to commit what you have learned to memory!

Instructions

1. Create a new Pro Tools session
2. Search for various media to import. This may include:
   • Audio Loops and one-shot samples
   • MIDI files
   • Sound effects
3. Make a creative composition of your imported media
4. Do NOT record any audio or MIDI for this assignment. ONLY imported media!
5. Take a screenshot showing evidence of your imported assets
