Overview
In this assignment you will start to organize a system of taking notes for this class. This will be an ongoing work in progress for the duration of the class as you constantly add to the notes.
Instructions
- Read: Importance of Taking Good Notes by Iasos
- We want you to take good notes (create documentation) as you study, research, practice and experiment in this class
- You can capture your notes in any format you want
Options
- Handwritten
- Taking notes by hand is a great way to capture ideas. But plan to transcribe your handwritten notes into electronic form later
- Plain Text Editor
- Google Docs
- Microsoft Word
- Evernote
- Notion
- Wiki
- ANY platform or format is FINE
Prepare to Submit
- Format and organize your notes in some kind of cloud server
- Example: GoogleDocs, DropBox, Evernote, Notion Etc
- Google Docs is a GREAT format to use
- If your original notes are taken by hand either:
- Transcribe into electronic format
- Your notes will be much more useful in electronic format
- Or take photos
- Transcribe into electronic format
- Keep your notes up-to-date as the course progresses
- Take notes every day. Document what you learn and discover
