Create and Edit Subcategories

Create New Subcategory

1. Open an existing page that will be similar to the new page
2. Duplicate the tab in your browser
3. Replace the page name in duplicated tab with new page name and press enter
4. Click “create this page”
5. Copy the category tag from the initial page and paste into new page
   • “Edit” initial page and scroll to the bottom to find the category tag to copy
6. Save page
7. Copy and Paste the new page link to the appropriate places in the google spreadsheet if needed

Edit Subcategories

One at a Time

1. Open the page that you want to subcategorized
2. Copy the category tag to where you want to move the pages
3. Replace the category with the new category

Bulk Edit

1. Go to special pages
2. Under "Data and Tools" click "Replace Text"

How to create Wiki Page

1. Open a Wiki Page
2. Go to the browser link

      example: https://www.musictechwiki.com/Create_and_Edit_Subcategories , remove Create_and_Edit_Subcategories and change it to the required name of the folder then click enter. 

1. It will load a new page and look for "create this page".
2. Add a category

    Example:

1. Once done, Click "Save this page"
