The contact information of people is potentially VERY valuable! (worth their weight in gold!) So, we don't want to lose, or misplace, one single contact!
- Login to one of Bruce's computers with Anydesk
- Or, lopen Bruce's Gmail
- Create a Label to put the emails we are going to process
- Try to give this Label a color that is different then the other Labels
- Find the emails in Bruce's Inbox
- Label the email with the new, correct label
- Click the box to the left of the email subject
- Drag the label to the email subject
- The label should appear over the email subject
- Confirm 100% the email is in the correct Label
- Then "Archive" the email
- Which is the same thing as removing the "Inbox: Label from the email
- To be 110% sure that we don't lose the email, double check one last time the email is actually in the NEW label
