Stereo Bus Processing is one of the most important elements in a mix. Setting up your Stereo Bus is also one the FIRST things we do in mixing, even as we start a rough mix. Typical plugins on the Stereo Bus often include:
- Compression
- Limiting
- EQ
- Saturation
Mix engineers usually START their mixes with stereo processing setup on the Master Bus because this will INFLUENCE how they mix the individual tracks. Every mix engineer has their favorite stereo bus processors. For example: Google - Mix Engineers Favorite Stereo Bus
