Image Formatting

1. go with 1920x1080, transcode down to 720p for Internet video
2. Images/Photos:
   • Edit in Photoshop or Apple Preview
   • scale down to 1024px in length a/o width,
   • save as PNG or JPG, run through ImageOptim (free) to reduce file size
   • then import into Keynote.
   • Do NOT reduce file size in Keynote. Keep the original Photoshop files separately...
3. Diagrams:
   • Use Omnigraffle Pro for detailed diagrams.
   • Keynote, if diagram needs animation.
   • Illustrator typically is overkill.
   • OmniGraffle can export both bitmap and vector-based.
