Class Description
Audio processing and mixing techniques using hardware and software. Study and compare plug-ins from different manufactures. Drum sample triggering and audio quantizing techniques. Apply Melodyne and Autotune pitch correction, EQ and compression, Elastic Audio editing. Sound restoration plug-ins, forensic audio enhancement, convolution reverbs, virtual instruments, advanced plug-in automation and signal processing techniques. Example exercises include sound design plug-ins for music, film, and video games.
